Recordkeeping Forms

Caring for your alpacas well, is likely to be the most challenging aspect of learning to raise livestock as a business.

Keeping accurate records is key to maintaining a healthy, profitable herd and to provide assurances to your customers as to your animals value.

The following forms are samples of what we use to track our herd and help us in our daily herd management. We keep our forms and documents in a pendaflex "2 tab with 6 fasteners" folder (other brands available). This way all aspects pertaining to a particular alpaca, from purchase or birth to show and fleece records, has it's own section for easy recording and retrieval.
