6P Royal Gold

Consistent, Persistence.... Royal Gold, a multiple Champion Producer, was an importer's personal herdsire selection in the last Peruvian importation (1998). His reproducibility is undeniable! He consistently stamps out his presence, his trademark head with and long lashes. He has proven to improve Density, fineness and crimp.

A product of the Antacalla/Allianza breeding program, he is a "persistently fine" herdsire and has not increased over 23 micron, even at his advanced age of 14. He consistently produces very dense fleeced crias with Vicuña Fine Alpaca fleece of 14 to 18 micron.

Royal Gold has sired numerous Champion, blue ribbon offspring that will always get comments from the judge remamrking about their fineness and presence. He has produces all colors, including black and grey.

He exhibits a wide chest and strong hind quarters on a proportional, 150# frame. Always produced over 10# clips through his prime years. His crias exhibit his regal presence which is noticeable from birth.

Royal Gold is now 13 years old and his fleece has never gone over 23 microns. His curve dropped below 50 on his 12th year histogram. Still shears over 10 lbs.

He produces vicuna fine, densely bundled crias with great head style, coverage and presence.
